Studio8 offers a job opportunity in Jordan as a Finance Officer.

Responsibilities:

Budget alignment: participates in the development of Studio8’s budget and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment.
Continuously communicates with the management team to ensure overall information alignment.
Bookkeeping: Accuracy of data.
Prepares payments: Payments conformance to schedule.
Prepares bank reconciliations/ payables: Quality of reconciliations done.
Periodically summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing a balance sheet, other reports, required documentation for submission and submits relevant payroll tax payment requests to ensure completion of objectives in a timely manner.
Compliance with IFRS and local audit bureau standards: Prepares financial statements in conformance to IFRS and local audit bureau to ensure having accurate financial records and knowledge of the foundation's financial status.
Maintains all audit-related documents to ensure that they are available when needed.
Assists in the preparation of budgets for the studio’s activities and monitors spending to ensure alignment to budget.
Conducts a month-end accounting close process to ensure that it is done accurately and adequately closed every month.
Prepare financial reporting.
