Specialized Technical Services (STS) offers a job opportunity for Saudis to work as an accountant in its office in Saudi Arabia.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Deducting payment amounts from proper purchase orders and accounts, entering AP invoices and other accounts-related information into AccPac System, ensuring that invoices are paid against proper purchase orders and that documentation is verified.
Recording & Posting expenses to appropriate accounts, monitoring expenses and justifying any changes.
Writing and verifying the accuracy of cheques to vendors after making sure that proper reconciliations have been prepared and any pending items have been resolved.
Issuing and filing customers’ invoices after making sure that Picking slips are identical to customer's POs.
Identify and address variances between clients’ orders and internal packing slips.
Prepare monthly reconciliations for all STS bank accounts so as to make sure that Bank balances within STS books are kept accurate and up to date.
Work on collecting STS Invoices through direct follow-ups with STS customers.
Providing information and reports to management as requested, providing data including vendor, customer and account history.
Working with auditors, tax authorities and other legal bodies and preparing reports to external bodies.
Keeping track of the status of banking issues such as loan payments, interests bond, and installments as well as daily monitoring account balances with various banks.
Keeping a Daily track of all cash in and cash out during the day.

Eligibility Criteria:

The applicant should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a very good GPA.
Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Ability to work under pressure.
Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Excellent Communication Skills in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
The applicant must be Saudi.
