The mission of YMCA and the (Girls Leading Our World) GLOW and (Young Men’s Leadership Project) YMLP Youth Development Progrаm is to empower the young people and develop the inherent potential they have by providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary to become active leaders in their communities. This is realized through experiential education that celebrates diversity, builds academic and social competencies.
YMCA Bitola offers amazing camp experience with great campsite environment, super cool people serving as staff and outdoor experience with camp mood and delicious s’mores at the campfire with sleeping in tents with fresh air in open sky full of stars!
The YMLP camp will be held from the 12th of July, till the 21st, while the dates for the GLOW are from the 22nd of July till the 31 of July.
Individuals from the Civic sector, Non-Formal or Formal Education Sector, and GLOW/YMLP Alumni. All people applying for the open positions are expected to be enthusiastic, demonstrate professionalism, be open-minded to work with youth and act as role models. Both Macedonian and foreign nationals are encouraged to apply.

The chosen candidates will be contacted and interviews will be conducted with them in early February.
The chosen candidates will be provided with free food and accommodation for a week in July during the camp, that will be held in Krushevo, North Macedonia.
Travel costs should be covered by the participants.
