Alshaya Company is offering a job opportunity in Saudi Arabia as Store Manager - Debenhams Cosmetics. Alshaya Company is a leading international franchise operator, with nearly 90 of the world’s most recognized brands in its portfolio and brings great shopping, dining, leisure and hospitality experiences to millions of customers across the Middle East & North Africa, Russia, Turkey, Europe and beyond.

Job Role:

Your role will be to maximize store contribution by proactively driving sales, reducing stock loss and managing controllable costs. Motivating and developing your team members will be integral to your role whilst ensuring the store complies with all company regulations and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

You will have:

Proven store management experience.
Retail fashion or Health & Beauty management experience.
Excellent English skills.
Good numerical, analytical, interpersonal and networking skills.
The ability to develop and motivate a team.
Female Saudi Nationals only.
