Ahliyyah School for Girls & Bishop's School for Boys requires an individuals and society teacher for the middle school IB MYP in Amman, Jordan. You must have 2 to 6 years of experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

You must:

Have a university degree in any humanities subject such as History, Social Sciences, Geography, Business, Economics or any closely related specialization.
Have from 2 to 4 years of experience in teaching in the IB Middle Years Program (MYP).
Have presentation skills and the ability to speak in public in confidence.
Have excellent communication skills in English.
Be able to prepare reports and deliver oral presentations.
Have strong service orientation, flexibility, and understanding of different school stakeholders’ needs which is essential.
Have excellent planning, coordinating, organizing and analyzing abilities.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with teachers at all levels in a multicultural environment.

Your Responsibilities:

The main role of the individuals and societies teacher is based on implementing and teaching MYP students according to the international baccalaureate curriculum. The following bullets briefly explain the main duties and responsibilities of the job which is not limited to:
