Eligibility:

You must have:

From 2 to 3 years of work experience in compensation and benefits.
Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist.
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Take a consultative approach to how you interact with stakeholders.
A keen business sense, and know how to manage strategic stakeholders in the business.
Excellent communication skills and are able to train and explain compensation strategies to employees, People operations partners, and managers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and across all levels of the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

Design and develop the compensation philosophy and strategy for the company, which should be in line with the work culture & company objectives.
Ensure that the compensation practices are in compliance with country legislation.
Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on fixed earning, total earning and non-financial compensation.
Find out what motivates & engages employees.
Research best practices and trends and perform deep analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness, and fairness of existing programs and present to management findings and alternative solutions.
Partner with the people operations team in defining and implementing annual compensation reviews.
