Hosco is offering internship opportunity in Marketing at Radisson Hotel Group in Belgium. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting customer service and hotels on a daily basis with their questions, prepare internal communication and training, monthly reporting and do all related works.

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily follow up of the gift card program
Assist customer service and hotels on a daily basis with their questions related to the gift card programme and
therefore work together with various stakeholders (accounting, customer service, partners)
Prepare internal communication and training
Monthly reporting
Support the EMEA marketing team with B2C and B2B activities and campaigns
Gather and prepare relevant information for hotels and area marketing teams
Follow up on copy writing, translations
Collaboration with different departments (Marketing, Pricing, E-Commerce, Loyalty...)
Website content review
Competitive analysis and benchmark against competitors for EMEA and provide monthly updates of competitor’s activities.
Play an active role and contribute ideas to the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO

Eligibility Criteria:

Marketing studies
Proactive
Good communication
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Microsoft Office skills
Has to be enrolled in a school program in order to be eligible for the internship
Good team player
Trustworthy
Well organized with an eye for detail – keep deadlines
Flexible and co-operative
Excellent computer skills
Flexible and has an innovative approach to working
Able to work under pressure and independently
