Aramex is offering a Job opportunity as a Digital Transformation Executive in Jordan. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects and do all related works.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system and product issues
  2. Work closely with the development team to implement features and resolve bugs.
  3. Test and validate changes and fixes on multiple environments.
  4. Translate product roadmap into workable development 
  5. Manage the product development by setting goals, prioritizing backlog and defining acceptance criteria.
  6. Write acceptance tests
  7. Plan releases and upgrades
  8. Follow progress of work and address production issues.
  9. Analyze preferences and requests of end users.
  10. Performing requirements analysis.
  11. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  12. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  13. Performing user acceptance testing.
  14. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  15. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
  16. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  17. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  18. Creating wikis, how to documents and feature documentation

Required Skills:

  1. Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
  2. Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle is a plus
  3. Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
  4. Team spirit and good communication abilities
  5. Good organizational skills
  6. Analytical and conceptual 
  7. Knowledge in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  8. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  9. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
