Nestle offers a job opportunityas a Quality Laboratory Services Senior Professional to join the team at 6^th of October in Egypt for 2020. The specialist ensures that microbiological analytical services are done right and on time to meet factory objectives, he/she plays an important role in ensuring that the products meet Nestle standards and quality requirements to ensure zero defects and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Supports the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses, relevant consumer complaints, any related deviation noted). Support in RCA and CAPA in case of Microbiological deviations noted.
Ensure compliance with Nestle relevant polices, standards, Laboratory instructions and monitor that CA be in place.
Ensure implementation of GLP, Lab Safety and Biosafety and conducting internal assessments to ensure continuous compliance.
Delivers training for the specific areas of expertise to lab technicians to ensure they are updated with requirements and best practices.
Perform Material /Product release process based on analytical examination done according to Nestlé Quality Standards, QMS and release the material/ product after the evaluation of coming documents and analytical results on time. Follow yearly surveillance plan along with routine analysis to ensure compliance and quality and safety of the products.
Organizes all micro analytical work to ensure precise and efficient analyses done on time.
Perform routine sampling and analyses of all environmental samples according to the pathogen monitoring plan for all factory plants as well as canteen weekly monitoring and reporting.
Responsible on maintaining the inventory of lab requirements with material suppliers to ensure smooth lab operation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree of Food Science, Pharmacy or Agriculture (preferred food engineering).
1-2 years of experience in microbiology.
English Language is required.
SAP knowledge is a plus.
