Apply for the ANU Josh Cole Scholarship 2021. Australian National University is providing scholarships for Bachelors degree in the courses available at the University. The deadline for the application is ongoing.
In 2021, the Australian National University is offering the Josh Cole Scholarship with the aim of supporting a student from an educationally disadvantaged background or from a rural/remote area complete an undergraduate degree at the University.
The award is available each year to a prospective ANU student who:
(a) is a domestic student;
(b) Additionally, receives an offer of admission to an undergraduate degree program at the University;
(c) Furthermore, the applicant is eligible for and receives adjustment factors for financial hardship under the National Access Scheme.
The University makes a selection on the basis of applicants meeting the eligibility criteria. Other factors may be taken into account where they align with the Universitys strategic objectives to ensure a diverse student cohort.
The scholarship provides $8,000 per annum for up to 5 years to assist with educational and living expenses. The scholarship is paid at the beginning of each semester subject to the recipients meeting ongoing eligibility requirements as outlined in the conditions of award.
All applicants applying for admission to ANU through the direct Admission Scholarship and Accommodation Application will be automatically considered for the award based on them meeting the eligibility criteria and electing to be considered for scholarships.
