Apply for the Vacancy for Programme Officer at IRENA in UAE. The deadline for the application is 18th August 2020.

Duties

Under the guidance of the Director, Country Engagement and Partnerships and immediate supervision of the Head of Partnerships Unit, Programme Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

Qualifications

Education: Advanced University degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in economics, engineering, environment or natural science, or other relevant fields. Also, a first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Experience: A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience within a project management role. Additionally, the experience of working in international organizations, project development, and financing, management consultancies, and/or national governments in an international setting.

Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of French is desirable.
