Massey University is offering the Massey Business School International Student Study Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships. The aim of the Massey Business School International Student Study Scholarship is to attract top-achieving new international students enrolling for the first time in a full-time business programme at Massey University.
Applicants must:
Be full fee-paying international students based on one of Massey University’s three campuses
Be intending to enrol full time in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme offered by Massey Business School, Massey University
Meet all the programme admission requirements for their chosen programme.
Applicants must remain full fee-paying international students whilst studying in their approved programme in New Zealand throughout the duration of their study.
Continuation of the scholarship payment is subject to the recipient remaining in their chosen programme on campus.
The scholarship will be paid in instalments as a tuition fee credit in each semester of study following the official withdrawal date without financial penalty, and subject to maintaining satisfactory academic performance.
If, during the tenure of a scholarship, a recipient's immigration status changes so they are no longer a full fee paying international student, and thereby obtains a partial refund of academic fees from the University, the scholarship will be withdrawn.
The scholarship may not be held concurrently with any other scholarship, bursary award, or grant from Massey University.
An offer of a Massey Business School International Student Study Scholarship is not an offer of admission to Massey University, nor does it imply approval of enrolment in a programme at Massey University.
The selection will be based on academic merit at the discretion of the selection committee.
The value of each scholarship is $5,000 to be credited towards tuition fees per 120 credits enrolled, for up to the total credit value of the programme.
The total value of the Scholarship will be:
Undergraduate programme maximum $15,000.
Postgraduate programme maximum $10,000 (240 credits).
Postgraduate programme maximum $7,500 (180 credits).
Postgraduate programme maximum $5,000 (120 credits).
Payments will be made in two instalments each year, and the second instalment will be subject to passing all enrolled courses from the previous semester.
The scholarship will be offered annually.
