The Department of Physics and Astronomy, Aarhus University, Denmark invites applications for a postdoc position in the field of theoretical quantum optics.
Applicants should hold a PhD in physics. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a solid background in theoretical quantum optics, and documented experience in numerical simulations of open quantum many-body systems and their interaction with light. In addition, applicants should have prior experience in conducting independent research, be motivated to collaborate and interact across research groups on theoretical as well as experimental questions, and poses general communication and teaching skills appropriate for a postdoctoral position.
Salary depends on seniority as agreed between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the Confederation of Professional Associations.
