Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Countries: All countries.
Acceptable Course or Subjects: Postdoctoral degree program in food microbiology and fermentation.
Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
A PhD degree in food microbiology
Expertise in dairy microbiology
Expertise in plant-based fermentation and solid-state fermentation
Expertise in molecular biology, microbial biodiversity and identification techniques
Interest and experience in supervising MSc and BSc
