This scholarship was established in honour of the late AgriFutures Chicken Meat Advisory Panel Chair and Australian Chicken Meat Federation President, Gary Sansom, and aims to encourage new people into the chicken meat industry, develop thier leadership in the research community, and support them to build a thriving career in the industry.
With this scholarship, AgriFutures intends to identify high-quality students who are broad thinkers, to foster a career pathway in the chicken meat industry, and to support industry-relevant research.
They are looking for people who want to contribute to the industry by providing leadership in the future and who are undertaking a Higher Degree by Research project that contributes applied outcomes to the production of chicken meat in Australia.
To be eligible, you must meet the entry requirements for a higher degree by research.
