The candidate will purify dsRNA and associated protein factors from healthy Arabidopsis thaliana plants infected with different RNA viruses. The study will include phloem-restricted viruses to provide an overview of the ribonucleoprotein complexes and RNAs (both cellular and viral) differentially regulated during infection.
The research will be carried out at the Institute of Molecular Biology of Plants (IBMP) in Strasbourg. The candidate will have the opportunity to interact with two other teams involved in the project.
