The Queensland Advancing Clinical Research Fellowships (CRF) program funds programs with a clear focus on translation into clinical practice and improved health outcomes.
The CRF recognises that clinician researchers (including doctors, nurses, dentists, allied health practitioners and clinical scientists) are uniquely placed to identify clinical issues that can benefit from further research, lead patient focussed research discoveries and facilitate improved patient care through research translation.
Funding for PhD candidates include PhD Pathway.
Applicants must hold a salaried appointment with Queensland Health or other publicly funded healthcare facility in a clinically related role (minimum 20% FTE) over the duration of the Fellowship.
At the time the Fellowship commences, be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia or hold a Special Category Visa, for the duration of the Fellowship.
