The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to current UQ students that have demonstrate financial need and academic merit.
An applicant is eligible for the award of a scholarship in a year if, in that year, the applicant:
(a) Is enrolled full-time in the second year of the Bachelor of Agricultural Science program; and
(b) Can demonstrate financial need.
Please complete and submit the Angus Baxter Scholarship online application form by 28th March 2021 at 11.59 PM AEST. Please ensure you've read the prompts in the application form and attach all relevant supporting documents before submitting your application. No late or incomplete scholarship applications will be considered.
All submissions will be kept confidential and only used for the purposes of assessing the scholarship.
The scholarship is awarded to the applicant showing greatest merit as demonstrated by:
(a) Academic achievement in courses undertaken in the first year of the program; and
(b) Financial circumstances as evidenced by supporting documentation. (e.g. Tax Return and/or Centrelink Statements).
