Applicants are invited to become a part of the PhD Position in Computer Science for the academic year 2021-2022. The grant is offered by the University of California, Merced.

The aim of this grant is to support the candidates, who have an outstanding academic record and wish to study for a PhD degree at the university.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Countries: United States
Acceptable Course or Subjects: PhD Position in Computer Science
Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
Candidates are expected to have strong motivation in research and should be prepared for years of concentrated work.
The following background would be a big plus:
Published/Submitted research articles.
Experience in machine learning, computer networking, and signal processing.
Experience in the practical implementation of systems, such as mobile and embedded programming, PCB design, driver, and firmware development.
