Massey University is inviting high-achieving Chinese students to take part in China Scholarship Council PhD Positionsin New Zealand for the academic year 2022-2023.

The programme is arranged to foster research cooperation between Massey University and Chinese universities by supporting doctoral candidates to undertake original research in New Zealand.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Countries: Chinese national students are eligible to apply.
Eligible Course or Subjects: Any PhD degree study at Massey can be applied for.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
The applicants must be enrolled and accepted to study for a PhD degree at Massey University.

Offered Benefits

The successful winners of the scholarship programme will be given the cost of studying for a doctoral degree at Massey.

Application Process

How to Apply: Applications for Massey are accepted through its online application portal. The application process can be completed here.
Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
Evidence of citizenship
Bachelor degree
Academic transcripts
Portfolio
Resume
Academic references
Admission Requirements: Applicants need to have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a GPA of 2.75 on a scale of 4 in relevant discipline.
Language Requirement: The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
IELTS – 6.5
TOEFL IBT – 90
PTE – 58
Cambridge English – 180
