Achieve academic excellence in research, and benefit society locally and globally by participating in the HEC Pakistan Scholarship Program at Koç University in Turkey for the academic year 2022-2023.

Launched in 2013, the HEC Pakistan Scholarship Program at Koç University is a joint scholarship program between Koç University and the Higher Education Council of Pakistan. The Pakistani scholars selected will be provided full tuition fee cover and other expenses.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Countries: Students from Pakistan are eligible to apply.
Eligible Course or Subjects: MS-leading to Ph.D. and Ph.D. degrees at any of Koç University’s research graduate programs can be applied for.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
The applicants must be Pakistani national students.

Offered Benefits

Koc University will provide the selected students the following benefits:

100% tuition scholarships in any of Koç University 30 Ph.D. programs
Dormitory accommodation
Monthly stipend (900 USD)
Other benefits (flights, book allowance, others) depend on the specific HEC scholarship type.

Application Process

How to Apply: All interested students need to first apply for admission to their Ph.D. program of interest using Koç University’s graduate online application portal. Scholarship applications details can be found on the HEC Website or by contacting or .
Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:

Admission Requirements: The applicants are required to have achieved a minimum GPA varying between 2.5 to 3.75 according to the program.
Language Requirement: The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
