The Leibniz Institute for European History offers many scholarships programs for international students wishing to pursue doctoral studies in Germany.
The Leibniz Institute for European History (IEG) in Mainz, Germany is an independent public research institute that conducts and promotes historical research into the foundations of Europe in the early and late modern period. Although autonomous in nature, the IEG has close ties to the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. In 2012 he joined the Leibniz Association.
