Institution: Sons of Norway Foundation
Purpose: To support female students who are pursuing higher education in chemistry, physics or engineering.
Eligibility: Applicants must be females who are between the ages of 17 and 35 at the time of application submission. They must be members, the daughters of members or the granddaughters of members of Sons of Norway. They must be full-time undergraduates who have completed at least one semester of coursework within their declared major and must be majoring in chemistry, physics, chemical engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. They must have an ACT score of 26 or higher or an SAT score of 1800 or higher (including a math score of 600 or higher). Selection is based on academic potential, stated career goals and recommendations.

How to Apply: Applications are available online. An application form, personal essay, official transcript, standardized test scores and three recommendation letters are required.
