Institution: Department of Education - School Supports
Purpose: To provide assistance to residents of manufactured homes.
Eligibility: Applicants must be legal residents of Delaware. They may be high school seniors or former graduates seeking higher education. They must have lived in a manufactured home for at least one year prior to application. They may enroll in any accredited program full- or part-time. Selection criteria include scholastic achievement, financial need, essay and recommendations.
