Purpose: To reward high school juniors who have achieved academic excellence and have an interest in public policy.
Eligibility: Applicants must be U.S. citizens planning on enrolling full-time in an accredited U.S. college or university. Students must apply during their junior year in high school. Selection is based on academic excellence, interest in public policy and appreciation for Coolidge values and demonstrated humility and leadership.
