Institution: Hancock County Community Foundation
Purpose: To assist students served by the Fountaintown Gas company in Indiana to pursue post-secondary education.
Eligibility: Applicants must be a graduating student of an accredited high school with a grade point average between 2.5 and 3.5. Students must live in the primary service area of the Fountaintown Gas Co. and have a parent or grandparent who has been a customer for at least three consecutive years. Applicants must plan to attain a certification or degree. Students must supply transcripts, a completed College Costs Estimator form, the address and account of the related Fountaintown Gas Co. customer and an essay defining personal goals and the motivation behind your field of study.
