Agility is offering a greatJob opportunity in Dubai to work as a Manager for eCommerce Strategy & Project. Management Office, You will work closely with the eCommerce leadership and eCommerce teams to maximize value to the customer by building robust and agile methodologies to strategize, plan and execute critical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop product strategy for eCommerce to enhance growth, customer experiences and internal efficiencies
- Build data driven and simulation based models to predict impact on the business and solutions
- Establish mechanisms to leverage analytics through business modelling to drive strategy, growth, and efficiencies
- Undertake benchmarking within the industry and the digital space to recommend product and solution enhancements
- Understand innovation levers and recommend strategies to enhance existing business models and enhancements to existing solutions
- Identify key project milestones, key performance metrics, and tracking mechanisms to track progress on success factors
- Work closely with the eCommerce leadership, operations, and growth teams to recommend strategic enhancements that can maximize value to the customer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
MBA from a premier business school with 2-5 years’ experience in the digital logistics space
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem and related areas in digital logistics
- Understanding of technology driven solutions that optimize service to merchants and key deliverables
- Familiarity with strategy modeling, lean methodologies for startups and ecommerce, and agile methodologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset to help shape ecommerce strategy during a start-up phase
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
