About the Job:
Roya company are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. You will help the company to use the collected data to understand trends, solve business problems, and monitor metrics.
Eligibility:
- You should have a BSc in computer science, accounting or relevant field.
- If you have a master's degree, it will be a great support to your application.
- You should have the skills of data collection and management.
- You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You should have an interpreting mathematical information.
- You must have knowledge of reporting tools.
- You will be asked to represent the data graphically.
- You should have the facilitating skill of the creation of new data reporting models.
- You must understand the different data sources and transaction applications.
- It's preferred to have the skills of argumentation and logical thinking.
- You should have excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as calculation skills.
- You should have the ability of understanding trends.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will engage with clients to understand survey research project goals.
- You will convert client research goals into functional and survey questionnaires.
- It's your responsibility to use statistical software to analyze survey results and identify key insights.
- You will communicate, both written and orally, key survey findings.
- You will be responsible for media research and measurement ( Brand impact, sales studies, media optimization recommendations).
- You will be responsible for consumer insights (e.g., what contributes to consumer engagement).
- You should keep up-to-date with the latest metrics and measurement tools and gather information about best practices in market research and implement better ways to solve customer requests.
- You will prepare various analysis and reporting to drive new revenue and help the marketing team, the sales team and others to make decisions.
- You will conduct the necessary research in order to support current product/ services, new product development and/or new opportunities for sales.
- You will conduct a customer-by-customer analysis to help prepare appropriate offers specific to the client.
- You will be responsible for Pre & post evaluation for all PR events.
