Ernst & Young is offering UAE students The Advisory Consultant internship within its consulting team, that helps clients transform their business by assisting them to see new opportunities, respond to change and find smarter ways of operating.
Eligibility:
- UAE Nationals with a Family Book only will be considered, on the condition that they are penultimate year university students (all majors accepted).
- Commercial acumen.
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Duties of Advisory Consultant:
- Anticipating change in the filed, and put current trends on the front foot.
- Reducing risk by using specialist techniques to help clients spot and manage risks, such as technology systems that are going out of date to suppliers who might go bust.
- Helping clients to improve their performance in a competitive marketplace.
Internship includes:
- Interns will have the opportunity to take part in web-based training, shadow senior colleagues and even visit clients’ offices.
- In the case given interns do a great job, they could be offered a place on one of EY graduate programs to come back to, when they finish university.
Application Process:
- Step 1: Applying: As applicants need to answer all questions to make sure the application is successful.
- ·Step 2: Test: After EY reviews applications, there will be an invitation email from ‘EY Careers’ for applicants to complete the EY online tests.
- ·Step 3: Attend: Shortlisted applicants may be invited to attend a recruitment day in EY office or an interview.
- ·Step 4: Receive: Selected interns will get the offer to join EY.
