Bank al Etihad in Jordan is looking for Senior Associate, Business Analyst. This role will be the supervisory vital link between the bank information technology capacity and it's business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of the software product’s features.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the business case.
Planning, monitoring, organizing and eliciting requirements.
Translating and simplifying requirements.
Managing, communicating and analyzing requirements.
Understand the existing system very well.
Communicate with other departments and define the business requirements clearly.
Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
Business case development.
Modeling techniques and methods.
Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
Performing quality assurance on the gathered requirements.
Defining reporting and alerting requirements.
Own and develop a relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integration.
Help design, document and maintain system processes.
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.
Communicate key insights and findings to the business team.
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
Ensure optimum production implementation of projects and initiatives.
Supervision/training of business analysts who interface with the business units and IT for reporting requirements.

Bank al Etihad has a network of 47 branches across the Kingdom, in Amman and outside Amman. In addition to 94 ATMs, and a central ATM. There is also a branch in Ramallah, Palestine. The bank also has a brokerage firm established in 2006, that is wholly owned by the bank.
