Aramex has a vacancy in Abu Dhabi, for a Field Sales Executive.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as Sales Executive in the shipping industry.
- Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Constantly creating revenue generating channels from cross-selling, upselling and new business streams.
- Ensuring the best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations and capitalize on the growth.
- Enhancing customer loyalty by delivering customized tailored solutions.
- Ensuring a healthy balance of revenue growth from organic and new business generation based on proper customer profiling.
- Ensuring customers are using cost-effective services channels and increase the use of automation.
- Regularly reviewing customer performance and targets to ensure coming up with plans to help achieve and exceed targets set.
- Collecting required customer information and documents to ensure proper customer onboarding and efficient operational handover.
- Ensuring customer's information are up to date utilizing CRM tools.
- Supporting credit collection activities.
