Ooredoo invites you to apply for its job as specialist B2B Digital Transformation. It's a full-time job located in Kuwait.

Eligibility:

  • You must have a bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Have previous experience working on digital projects.
  • You should have excellent presentation skills.
  • Have experience in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and business case development.
  • Have experience in project management.
  • You should have experience in re-engineering business processes.
  • You must be fluent in verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
  • You should be able to use Microsoft Office.
  • You must have a technical telecoms development experience.
  • You should have strong negotiation capabilities.

Your Role:

  1. Execute the digital transformation plan of B2B  to support the team to achieve the business objectives from revenue and B2B brand in fixed, mobile and ICT.
  2. You will be responsible for the development of Ooredoo’s B2B Digital Transformation.
  3. Identify, engage, and manage the resources required to deliver against the planned transformation.
  4. Determine and manage the project plan of digital transformations.
  5. Map the customer journey to understand opportunities for technology solutions.
  6. Identify barriers, risks, and opportunities to improve customer experience and process efficiencies.
  7. Develop the timelines for the project deliverables.
  8. Prioritize, schedule and perform work to meet deadlines.
  9. Implement the strategy for the digital transformation and integration of fixed and mobile.
  10. Develop the road map for the short-term and long-term objectives.
  11. Work with all B2B stakeholders to incorporate an end to end customer experience.
