Erasmus intern announces its IT support internship opportunity for the duration of 6 months with a full-time commitment.

Internship Description:

The one family foundation is a small family foundation with big ambition, run by one of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs. Their open-door policy and collaborative working methods have quickly led to high network individuals, organizations and social entrepreneurs joining forces with them to create a network enhancing and growing impact across all regions of the globe. One family together with many partners aim at solving social issues in order to trigger a change in the world for the better. It strongly believes that collaboration is the key to bringing about a more equitable world for all citizens and especially the most vulnerable. 

 Eligibility:

  • You should be finalizing or towards the end of your studies, with a strong interest in non-profit, SDG’s, systemic change and social entrepreneurship, online child protection; shared global education and integration in Europe.
  • You must have possessed data management skills/experience.
  • You should have an experience or willingness to learn salesforce, Google Analytics, smart sheet, and other CRM systems.
  • You must be fluent in English, other languages would be an asset.
  • You should have good communication and social skills and the ability to work in a multicultural setting.
  • You must have proven organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will need a Dutch working permit/student visa.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. You will customize mini programming projects that may involve HTML, CSS, jQuery and PHP coding language as well as database management, for website restoration, backup, etc.
  2. You will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems (Windows 7-10), software (Office 365 products, web browsers), and hardware (projectors, PCs, tablets, printers, and other IT related devices).
  3. Using Salesforce, assist with data imports, quality monitoring, and maintaining data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication.
  4. You will generate reports to track key data metrics from Google Analytics.
