P&G is offering its marketing internship in Morocco, as interns will be working in a multi-functional Brand team - organized around the brands that P&G sells in Morocco - consisting of managers with different functional expertise and background (Brand Management, but also Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media agencies).

Eligible Candidates:

  1. Currently studying towards Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with one of the following majors: Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant majors - graduating in less than 2 years.
  2. Born leader, with an ambitious attitude and passion to make things happen.
  3. Know how to collaborate well across teams and business partners.
  4. Have a strong Brand Management interest/passion.
  5. Like to bring creativity & innovation to his/her work.
  6. Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  7. Can show evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
  8. Proficient in English.

Internship Duties:

Duties include but not limited to:

  1. Co-leading a new launch or evaluating the current strategies of a brand or product.
  2. Leading monthly market & brand analysis, gather the input of multi-functional teams to recommend corrective actions for a specific category/initiative.
  3. Working on the design & execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM,, PR). 
  4. Lead campaign briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build up) & follow up on execution.
  5. Co-leading digital marketing on the brand (visibility, content, local partnerships, etc).
  6. Co-developing Market and Initiative Reviews. Coordinate internal events.


  1. Responsibilities as of Day 1 – intern will feel the ownership of his/her project from the beginning, and will be given specific projects and responsibilities
  2. Recognized state of the art marketing skills – inter gets to test own marketing knowledge and management abilities in real-life situations and obtain insights into the world of brand & business management
  3. Continuous coaching & mentoring– intern will work with hardworking people and receive both formal pieces of training as well as day-to-day mentoring from his/her manager, likely a Brand Manager
