Studio 8 is offering a job opportunity in program managing and reporting in Amman, Jordan.

Responsibilities:

Organizational structure: Assists in the formulation of an action plan
Program development:
- Participates in applying for grants, write project proposals, plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes
- Participates in the development of budgets and operations
- Ensures program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
- Ensures project tracking produces accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
- Monitors and documents the operation processes, forms, templates, reports and data to assure full compliance with internal controls, grant requirements and legal requirements
- Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Develops partners: Ensures database and contact management of potential partners and existing partners inform the Artistic Director and Creative Manager when applicable opportunities are available
Dance Class Managing: In charge of monitoring and evaluation
Production: In charge of monitoring, tracking and reporting
Festival Management: In charge of monitoring, tracking and reporting. In charge of festival communications planning, manage and control communications
