HR Internship Opportunity in UAE Offered by Accor Group  2020

Accor is offering an internship opportunity in UAE, to give interns relevant experience in a variety of HR projects impacting over 250 hotels in the Middle East & Africa region.

Duration:

6-month internship.

Eligibility:

  1. Currently studying for an Academic degree or a recent graduate in Human Resources.
  2. Experience in Hospitality would be an advantage.
  3. Advanced written and verbal English.
  4. Tech-savvy and detail-driven.
  5. Expert in Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  7. Must demonstrate tact and diplomacy at all times and work in an environment of strict confidentiality.
  8. Organized, energetic, creative and professional.
  9. Highly responsible & reliable.
  10. Team player with strong initiative and self-direction.

Duties:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Assist in the recruitment of any open Hotel/ GM positions (create job advertisements, flash opportunities, pre-screening, and interview coordination).
  2. Support the Talent & Culture Coordinator in executing new processes for the Middle East & Africa Region in terms of Recruitment, Performance management, Communication, etc.
  3. Work together with the Talent & Culture Coordinator in the rollout of the new digitalized HR platform: INES.
  4. Assist in data collection of hotel & compensation and benefits data for internal reports.
  5. Maintain document management processes for the team.
  6. Support Internal Communications of vacancies & announcements to the region.
  7. Help create a regional contact database and frequently update distribution lists.
  8. Collaborate with the Talent & Culture Coordinator to standardize Talent & Culture procedures for pre-opening hotels.
  9. Assist the team with Orientation programs for General Managers and Talent & Culture Leaders in the region.
  10. Any other duties or projects required by the Regional Talent & Culture Business Partners.
