McDermott company offers a job opportunity as a Technology Specialist in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. It is a full time position and it contains traveling for 25% of the Time.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for IT support and maintenance of Company computers and IT equipment.
Install, configure, upgrade operating system and software and troubleshoot related users’ issues.
Perform server backup and basic network troubleshooting functions wherever applicable.
Perform preventive maintenance (AntiVirus updates, optimizing hard disk, and run OS diagnostics).

Basic Qualifications:

Requires 5+ years in IT HelpDesk and support.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT relevant major.
Having related IT courses\certificates.
Good communication skills.
Arabic language skills is an advantage.
