Disney announces it's DTCI digital media internship, Burbank 2020. The team of this section focus on grow and retain their customer base across DTCI digital media’s portfolio of entertainment products for ABC, Freeform, FX, and national geographic. Examples of the team’s primary goals include:

  • Grow digital audiences via SEO & ASO across DTCI digital media properties.
  • Improve lifetime value by increasing engagement and reducing the lapsed user base.
  • Define, develop, and deliver breakthrough programs and experiences that connect with users and deepen their engagement and loyalty.

Eligibility:

If you want to be accepted at this opportunity, You should have:

  1. An excellent record of academic and professional achievement.
  2. A previous internship experience within a related field.
  3. A strong interest in television, the entertainment industry, and digital marketing.
  4. A good knowledge of current marketing technologies and trends.
  5. Demonstrated analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. You must enrolled as a junior, senior or graduate student in an accredited college/university in the semester prior to the internship.
  8. Candidate must be at least a rising senior by summer 2020.
  9. You must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney college program or Disney professional internship.
  10. You must be at least 18 years of age.
  11. You must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  12. You must possess unrestricted work authorization
  13. Note: Participants on this internship must provide their own housing.
  14. Note: Participants must provide their own transportation to/from work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will support the creation of data-driven, segmented marketing campaigns, life cycle promotions and dynamic messaging in order to acquire, engage and retain digital audiences throughout the user life cycle.
  • Your role will support specific initiatives include development of digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, tracking campaign progress, and handling day-to-day marketing activities such as copy writing/editing, campaign creation, tracking/tagging of marketing assets, and analysis of marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Your role will interact cross-functionally with marketing, and other teams across TWDC to successfully enable their growth marketing campaigns.
