Amaris group in Bucharest, Romania is looking for Legal HR Officers. As a Legal HR Officer candidate will be responsible to provide accurate as well as timely legal support and advice for countries on a specific geographical scope in the various domain of Social Labour Law.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitoring and administration:

Checking the obligations in regards to the threshold of the Employees & collaborating with local HR to ensure the respect of legal obligations.
Carrying out a legal watch on all countries & update databases and documents.
Creating legal database support ( mappings, studies, articles)
Performing analysis of labor laws when the opening of new countries.
Drafting & reviewing simple legal documents (clauses modification of employment contract)

Legal advice and support:

Providing basic legal support and advice in Social and Labour Law.

Required Qualifications:

The applicant is willing to join an international company.
He is dynamic and proactive.
Have a Master Degree in Corporate Law / or Business Law
Proficient in English and French, and a third language would be nice to have.
