Amaris invites you to apply for its office manager assistant internship

Eligibility:

  • You must be enrolled in a master's program in business management.
  • You should be available for 6 months internship gap year or end of studies.
  • You should have good attention to detail.
  • You should be able to work independently.
  • You should be to interact proactively with management and staff.
  • You must have a hard-working and high responsibility.
  • You must be a good command of English, both verbal & written communication.
  • You must be fluent in English & Portuguese and if you have a good knowledge of French, It will be nice.

Your Role:

  • The aim of the administrative & finance department is to ensure Mantu’s growth in compliance with all regulations, as well as sustainable and optimized business conditions.
  • As an office manager assistant you will be in charge of:
  1. Managing mobile / IT/car fleets and updating fleets' data on the system.
  2. Managing the stock (avoiding out of stock and overstock) supplies, goodies and car & mobile fleet (parking, fines, repairs…).
  3. Managing asset requests from their internal ticketing system: BCS (business corporate services).
  4. Improving office environment.
  5. Collecting and dispatching postage, charge for mailing an item like stamps.
  6. Managing accesses (parking and badges).
  7. Monitoring the tiding and cleaning (supplier management / daily routine).
  8. Taking initiatives to reinforce appropriate behaviors and enforce rules in the office with HR support.
  9. Tracking office occupancy.
  10. Align with the procurement department to have the right level of services in the office(s) you manage.
  11. Controlling daily requests on the ticketing system.
  12. Supporting IT, HSE & procurement team locally.
  13. Participate in offices management committees.
  14. Follow up a local project and be the link with the corporate services.
  15. Welcoming and registering visitors.
  16. Organizing events.
  17. Organizing locally after works, breakfasts, and meetings as per the needs of the locals.
  18. Sharing relevant information within the team (project progress, articles …).
