Seedstars is looking for an enthusiastic person to join and travel with a two-person team across the MENA region with the aim of helping the company find out the best startups in the ecosystem in these regions. He will organize a series of various events and interact with the most active startup ecosystem builders in each country, whether private or government companies. He will get support from the regional manager and the central events team.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the production of local events from conception through to completion.
On day-to-day, your responsibilities will run from organizing (logistics, relationship with local partners, selection of jury & mentors, etc) to managing the pitching events in the region.
The setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every local event.
Since you will be on the ground, meeting with key local players, you will play a crucial role in the overall business development and sales process.

Eligibility Criteria:

Previous relevant experience with the job is a MUST.
Flexibility & International exposure - This job only makes sense for someone who is passionate about traveling and excited to go somewhere completely new, often on very little notice & with a couch surfer attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong belief in getting things done: The applicant must have leadership skills and the ability to carry out assignments and work remotely with an international team. He must also be able to work alone and capable to prioritize and make things happen.
