P&G offers an internship opportunity for students in Venezuela in the human resources field. The company focuses on students who want to start and build their careers in this field and have a passion for working in the world's largest consumer goods company. During the training, the company is keen on continuous learning and growth of trainees through meaningful, challenging and diverse assignments in addition to sharpen their commercial and leadership skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

The applicant has to meet the following criteria:

Is currently between 6th and 8th semester of university.
Intermediate English level, at least.
Is legally able to work in Venezuela.

Key Responsibilities:

HR interns in P&G are responsible for building people and leadership capabilities, developing an adaptive and high-reaching organization and creating a productive environment to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the Company.
As an HR Intern you will get a project in one of the core areas of HR expertise:
- Effective Communications.
- Organization Planning and Effectiveness.
- Team capability.
- Rewards and Recognition, and others.

To Succeed in This Role, you have to:

Lead and develop people to improve their contributions to the organization.
Drive work independently while cooperating with the multi-function team.
