Job Opportunity in Morocco at Seedstars: General Manager

Seedstars is offering a job opportunity in Morocco as a full-time General Manager, that his/her main objective will be to sell Programs & Events that can impact the local startup ecosystem to different stakeholders to ensure a steady revenue from these activities.

Required Qualifications:

The selected candidate has to meet the following requirements:

  1. Driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  2. Smart, natural salesperson. 7 years of B2B sales experience.
  3. Has a strong business development background.
  4. Has a good understanding of finance (Budgeting, Forecasting, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements) and masters Excel.
  5. Strong with writing (sometimes complex) proposals for large organizations.
  6. Extremely rigorous in following processes (even self-set) to achieve your objectives.
  7. Objectives driven.
  8. Independent as well as comfortable with reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

The main mission is to Source commercial opportunities with different stakeholders of Seedstars: corporates, investors, governments, NGOs, incubators/accelerators and startups. Besides:

  • The full sales cycle for:
    • Seedstars Programs: Acceleration, Incubation, Venture-Building, Co-development, Training, Delegations, among others.
    • Seedstars Events: Competitions, Workshops, Launchpads, Bootcamps, among others.
  • Strengthen our presence with business development activities on the ground, looking to create unfair advantages and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Start, maintain and develop a solid relationship with the group's key clients of different Programs and Events.
