Adobe is offering a scholarship to students from all over the world to have a Bachelor's degree in the United States. Creativity Scholars use self-expression and creative problem solving as an opportunity to open minds, to innovate, and to inform the world around them.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. This scholarship is open to students who will be pursuing undergraduate college/university studies during the 2020-21 academic year. 
  2. Applicants must be planning to enroll in an accredited college/university degree or certificate program in a creative field or in a field through which they will use creativity as a force for positive social change.
  3. Applicants do not need to be accepted into a program at the time of application, but if selected for a scholarship, proof of acceptance will be required before scholarship funds can be sent.
  4. An applicant’s academic record must show the potential to succeed in a college/university program in their intended creative field.

Required Documents:

  1. A personal statement of approximately 500 words
  2. An estimate of your expected tuition and fee expenses
  3. Two reference letters. The letters must come from non-family members who know you well - for example a teacher, instructor, professor, employer/work supervisor, scout leader, advisor to an extracurricular club, etc.
  4. College/university transcript issued by the school, if applicable
  5. Portfolio of your creative work uploaded to Behance

Selection Process:

Scholarship applicants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  1. Achievement and potential in creative fields
  2. Demonstrated leadership potential and ability
  3. Personal character, commitment and potential to use creativity as a force for positive social change
  4. Clearly expressed a financial need to support educational goals
  5. Academic achievement
  6. Career and academic goals in line with stated scholarship objectives
  7. Compelling references

Notification of Results:

IIE will send notifications to all applicants informing them of their application status (successful or unsuccessful) in May 2020.

Duration:

Scholarships can be renewed for up to four years or until completing your degree, whichever comes first. Scholarships are renewed each year pending academic progress.

Benefits:

  • Adobe Creativity Scholars are eligible for up to U.S. $25,000.00 per academic year for required tuition and fees*.
  • The exact amount of each Adobe Creativity Scholarship will be determined by several critical factors including:
  1. the Creativity Scholar’s expected financial need
  2. the location of their college/university
  3. the type of college/university (state university, private university, etc.)
