Majid Al Futtaim is offering a job opportunity to those who have a Bachelor's degree and fluent command of English (writing and speaking).  The successful applicant will be responsible for Marketing for the available training opportunities and providing necessary information. Tracking and reporting training feedback and do all related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handling the administrative training records & filing system.
  2. Preparing the training reports as needed.
  3. Scheduling, coordinating and organizing training sessions ( Invitations, locations, materials & attendance)
  4. Helping with conducting an organization-wide training needs assessment.
  5. Mapping training plans with clear time frames.
  6. Managing the new employee’s induction sessions.
  7. Marketing for the available training opportunities and providing necessary information.
  8. Tracking and reporting training feedback.
  9. Researching for qualified training providers.
  10. Helping in assessing and evaluating stores’ training performance.
  11. Developing new in-house training materials (modules and manuals).
  12. Conducting In-house technical and soft skills training programs that address the training needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree. 
  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  3. Fluent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  4. Similar work experience in the training field.
  5. Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills.
  6. Creativity and the ability to come up with new ideas.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English Language.
  8. Fast-paced, enthusiastic and result-oriented.
  9. Strong planning & organization skills.
  10. Familiarity with the full training cycle.
  11. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
  12. Ability to work professionally with all levels of employees.
