Majid Al Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as a Customer Service Manager to those who have a Bachelor's degree and fluent in English. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, prepare periodic reports and submit to management for analysis & review and do all related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day to day operations. 
  2. Manage & coordinate the after-sales department by distribution & movement of products to the customer. 
  3. Manage customer queries & services required by solving problems & ensuring implacable service & product delivery.
  4. Analyze complaints related to work survey and propose actions to reduce complaints.
  5. Prepare periodic reports and submit to management for analysis & review
  6. Responsible for the Performance Management of the team

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  3. Very Good Command of English
  4. Good user of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
