Erasmus Intern is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to apply for a 3-month internship opportunity in a startup in Berlin, Germany for 2020. Flash Virtual Reality Technologies is a young Start-up from Berlin. Flash VR developing a Virtual Reality device that can increase reading speed up to 10 times. Flash VR also has a robotics division.

Job Duties:

Using your creative and digital skills you will develop in the team with your mentor and other team members to manage the appointments, emails, calendars. This will include but not be limited to:

Compiles reports as instructed.
Maintains information in the area of responsibility up to date.
Assists with the rollout of initiatives as required.
Assists with the coordination of events.
Carries out research as directed about digital skills.
Assists the Chief Administrator and employees as required.

Requirements:

Good command of English both written and spoken.
Being an active internet user knowledge of relevant technology and services (CMS, Email, etc.).
Fast and proactive learner enthusiastic in learning new skills.
Passionate about the internet and startup industry.
Basic or intermediate knowledge of Excel would be a plus.
