Talabat company is looking for a salesforce developer (f/m/d) to join its global salesforce team in Dubai. You will help the company to build an inhouse salesforce ecosystem within Delivery Hero and its global entities. The company's task is to understand the strategic business needs and to translate these into the salesforce platform. So the company can create a dynamic but stable global salesforce architecture that is adaptable to the local needs. 

Eligibility:

You must have:

  1. An understanding of key salesforce architectural concepts like API and governor limits and how they influence design.
  2. Security models and techniques within the salesforce.com environment.
  3. Experience in database modeling, jquery, JSON, JSP, XML, HTML, JavaScript.
  4. Utilizing changeSets, etc, for migration of objects/metadata from one (development/sandbox) organization to another (Sandbox or production).
  5. Using ANT scripts and creating packages.
  6. Experience in importing and exporting data in salesforce.com.
  7. More than 2 years’ work experience in salesforce development projects and deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
  8. Good knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Javascript, OOP concepts.
  9. SFDC certification which is highly desired (DEV 401, ADM 201).
  10. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or MIS or relevant subject.
  11. Ability to code and unit test programs/objects.
  12. Experience working in a multi-team environment a plus.
  13. Experience working with the agile development methodology.

You Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Design, configure and administration of SFDC including but not limited to Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, JavaScript, Workflows, Approval Processes, Apex, assignment/escalation rules.
  • Design, develop salesforce components using apex code, visual force pages, SFDC APIs.
  • Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and interface development.
  • Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
  • Contribute to conducting code reviews to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
