Novartis is offering a job opportunity for a qualified Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join the team in Algeria for 2020. The CRM specialist will be responsible to support and manage automated solution to facilitate Customer Relationship Management within the organization, this includes managing of the software tool, managing subsequent enhancements and upgrades. Developing and maintaining materials associated with the solution, such as Standard Operating Procedures, User Manuals, Training Materials and Records.

Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering launch, refresher and new user training as required. Creating analytical reports from the data for management to support business decisions and monitoring of pre-defined KPIs. 
  2. Manage the day-to-day administration of the system, which will be used as a customer and account database, and will record and monitor all customer-facing activities. The day-to-day management includes ensuring all data within the system is current and providing support for system users (except for IT related issues).
  3. Ensure data templates are delivered on time with high accuracy, launch different sales and non-sales functions whenever needed.
  4. Support Commercial Execution in optimization, support the implementation of incentives scheme.
  5. Assure management, administration & maintenance of database. 
  6. Develop a 100% data capturing culture; all customer activities by sales, marketing & medical departments to be captured in database.
  7. Train Product Specialists on use of reporting system and deliver day to day support.
  8. Analyze monthly sales force activities, lose database and all activities monthly, develop standardized reports, formulation of recommendations, develop & deliver presentations.
  9. Deliver reports for management.
  10. Define and manage new module introduction, developing new applications & tools within the system, in line with end user and management expectations (considering user friendliness). 
  11. Support initiatives & take business responsibility
  12. Organize monthly meetings.
  13. Collaborate with IT department for existing & development projects.
  14. Support the implementation of incentives scheme & accomplish the work needed behind that e.g. sales templates & software.

Minimum requirements:

  1. University degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, preferable with IT or Digital specialization.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working on sales operations, CRM and/or sales analytical projects.
  3. Min. 2 years of Healthcare experience a plus.
  4. Prior experience working in a similar Pharmaceutical matrix.
  5. Prior experience as MedRep/Field Force experience would be advantageous.
  6. Experience working with Veeva CRM and supporting data platforms.
  7. Demonstrated experience managing system vendors.
  8. Understanding of HCP targeting and segmentation strategy, call plan design, and sizing/aligning sales force.
  9. Proven self-starter with high standards of excellence and an innovative mind.
  10. Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills.
  11. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
  12. Excels at interacting with a diverse group of people, all levels of management, including senior leadership.
  13. Project management experience.
  14. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  15. Language SQL, ORACLE Data base management, MYSQL.
  16. Fast learner and team player.
  17. Solid professional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  18. Accuracy and kindness to the data quality, detail oriented.
  19. Languages: Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
