Novartis is offering an internship opportunity within the Human Resources Department in its offices in Amman, Jordan for 2020. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding new hires.
  2. Monthly payroll inputs.
  3. Updating CVs database/ Screening CVs.
  4. Supporting in career fairs.
  5. Maintaining updated HR systems.
  6. Coordinating social security enrollments for Jordan and Lebanon.
  7. Updating org charts and handling system changes in reporting lines.
  8. Coordinating with HR operations team.
  9. Supporting internal stakeholders with HR related requests.

Minimum requirements:

  1. University degree. Specialization in HR desirable.
  2. Confidentiality.
  3. Good planning and organization skills.
  4. Ownership and sense of responsibility.
  5. Excellent English and communication skills.
  6. Fluent in Arabic (reading and writing).
  7. Good IT skills including Microsoft Outlook and Office.
  8. Prior experience in HR is preferred.
  9. Legally authorized to work in the country.
